Dinner in Prescott
Prescott, Arizona Dinner Reviews
Breakfast may be the most important meal and lunch the most anticipated, but Dinner in Prescott is my favorite meal hands down. French, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian and all matter of other ethnic foods. BBQ, Steaks, Chicken, foie gras and lobster. You name it, it's for dinner. I know, I know you can get most of the really good things to eat at lunch too, for less dinero to boot, but you have to give up so much at lunch.
Dinner is where it is at for most Chef's and restaurant owners. This meal is where the best that their restaurant can offer is showcased.
It is the time that the best tableware is used the best servers are working and the best chefs are preparing your meal. If a restaurant has anything special to offer, the evening meal is when you are going to get it. For a romantic evening with your wife, a date with someone who may turn out to be special, for a real break from the grind of everyday life or for the perfect ending to a day of shopping or site seeing in Prescott - go out for dinner . It will give you a lift for the rest of the week and a nice memory - what more could anyone ask of a simple meal? Yes sir, I look forward to going out to dinner - I'll bet you do too. So we will, as always, try them all (chains excepted of course) and give you the straight scoop on the many places to enjoy the evening meal in and around Prescott. Dressed up or dressed down there are great places to eat in Prescott - so let's get crackin'!
Restaurants I Have Tried & Reviewed
Brown Bag Burger
- if you are really hungry for a good burger, is the place to go. Fresh beef, good toppings and sizes that range from big to humongous.
Bin 239 -
bills itself as a Wine Cafe' - and the wine list is impressive, but I go here for a top notch steak while my wife orders her favorite Wood Fired Pizza.
CD's Cattle Company
serves honest steaks, ribs and a whole bunch of other good stuff to an appreciative local clientele. If you happen to be a visitor - well you are welcome too!
PBC - Prescott Brewing Company
in downtown Prescott, is one of the more popular destinations for tourists and locals alike. If you are looking for a casual restaurant with good food, nice atmosphere and excellent beer - look no further - PBC is the place to have dinner in Prescott.
Garcia's Mexican Restaurant
in Prescott Valley's entertainment district, serves up an excellent Grande Burrito and light, crisp tortilla chips. If you are just starting out with Mexican food and don't like it too hot - this is the place for you.
Thai House Cafe
serves "home style" Thai food. The menu is large and varied and everything is served quickly and efficiently by a terrific wait staff.
Esoji Japanese restaurant
does Sushi very well. Don't like Sushi? Try the vegetarian versions or the tempura or just kick back at the Sushi bar with friends and a Kirin beer or cup of premium sake. You'll have a blast!
Roman Ristorante
has been a around for quite a while but, if you haven't been to this Prescott restaurant in the last year or so, you really haven't been. Chef Zack and a friendly and efficient staff do Neighborhood Italian the way it should be done - delicious and reasonable.
The Firehouse Kitchen
is the place to go for all things comfort food in Prescott, Arizona. Pot roast to Lasagna, Fried Chicken to Mac & Cheese - they have 'em all. Go hungry - owner Sheryl Strong believes in feedin' ya.
Casa Alvarez Mexican Food Review
Take a short trip out White Spar to find some slightly different, and a whole lot better, Mexican offerings from Ben Alvarez. Tacos Al Pastor, seafood dishes - and all the usual stuff too. This is a good place for dinner in Prescott.
129 - 1/2 Review
Barry Barbe's flagship restaurant in Prescott serves up Steaks, seafood, comfort food, a nice wine list and live jazz as well as a popular happy hour. One of my favorites for dinner in Prescott!
The Rose Restaurant Review
housed in a finely detailed Victorian home build around the turn of the 20th century, brings fine dining and an excellent wine list to dinner in Prescott.
The Peacock Dining Room Review
at the Hassayampa Inn is far and away the most elegant place to dine in Prescott. Chef Pedro Sevilla's menu is creative and delicious!
The Hotel St. Michaels Bistro Review
, the cornerstone of Whiskey Row serves up a good meal from an eclectic menu. All at a reasonable price. The wine list is pretty good too!
