Happy Hour Around Prescott
The Happy Hour/Bar Food category is for foods (& restaurants) that just don't really fit into the traditional definition of lunch, dinner or breakfast fare. It includes places that serve only appetizers, or heartier bar food, usually to complement their main offering of wine or beer, highballs or shots.
The food we are looking at in this section of Prescott-good-eats.com may be served at a traditional restaurant during HH or it may be the only food a bar serves – bar food. It may be as simple as Buffalo chicken wings or as complex as a chicken quesadilla. An elegant cheese plate would fit here, but a full blown steak sandwich with fries and a side salad probably wouldn’t. We’ll make the call as we go along. If we think it fits in this category, that’s where we will put it. On the other hand we may decide to move an establishment from one category to another if we think it makes sense to do so. We are going to be flexible here. So pull on your favorite team Jersey and let’s head to the sports bar! Oh Oh, change of plans, I guess we are going to the wine bar instead. Well, there is always tomorrow.
